The instructors were fantastic. Lots of information, real world stories and scenarios. Jim Holland wrote the book on Water Restoration. Definitely received our monies worth in education.

I attended the AMRT course over in Sacramento with Mr. Mark Ayers and it was great. He is a very knowledgeable individual and makes you feel like you are on the job providing many details and real scenarios. I would totally recommend his course to anybody who is wanting to get any IICRC certifications, I also attended the WRT there and it was also great.

Mark Ayers and the entire Restoration Consultants firm in Rancho Cordova is the real deal! Mark has over 30 years of experience in the field, so his plans and stories taught me so much and encouraged me to be better at my craft! It was worth the travel from Louisiana!!

I had a very pleasant experience here at RestCon, it was a perfect environment in which to study and of course, learn. The instructor was always there early to answer any questions before class and he would stay after class to help learners as well. Hey was very knowledgeable and knew how to answer every question. The information was presented neatly and explained well. Breakfast and lunch were provided every single day and there was always coffee in the back of the room which is very helpful if you stayed up late every night studying for the test and had to wake up early to get there on time, haha. But overall, I would say I learned so much thanks to such a kind instructor and had a great time in the building. I will definitely be going back for to take an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) course!

Did my WRT training here. Jim and Mark are great!
—Justin Walker (Attended May 2016)
Took Applied Microbial Remediation course on 2-18-14. When we arrived back in Alaska we preformed a mold cleanup at a college dorm for State of Alaska. The project was documented by the State and everything had to be done to their standards, with some high stress. In the end everything worked out great. The IEP that did original inspection and final clearance said he had never seen a job so clean and lab report that came back with such low numbers. I would like to thank Mark Ayers, Jim Holland and John for all their help and training. We HEPA vacuumed and cleaned with soap and water, and used very little antimicrobial agents, as advised in school. The IEP of the environmental company has gotten our name and wants to recommend us. So thanks again.
