The Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit certification body founded in 1972 to establish and monitor education programs and standards for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration service industries.

About IICRC CECs

Purpose of CEC Program

The program seeks to encourage registrants to actively participate in their industry; through convention, with continuing education, and by sharing knowledge with others in the cleaning service industry.

Field of Study

Because of the different levels of certification, the program is divided into three fields of study: inspectors, cleaning/restoration, and remediation.
